I believe all of us should be living a joy filled life. We work too hard to be riddled with constant stresses, fears, and insecurities. There is more to life than waking up and repeating the same routine every day that leaves us feeling empty. I WANT JOY! Don’t you?
My struggles with depression and anxiety as a teen and young adult were very taxing. It took me years to figure out how to allow myself to be the one running the show (not my anxious brain). This is why I am here today, to help you do the same thing. To be free! I combine my personal life experiences along with therapeutic techniques to help you identify and achieve your goals.

I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2010 with a bachelors degree in psychology. I went on to gain my masters degree in social work in 2012. I have been
practicing therapy and coaching in the field ever since. I have extensive experience assisting adolescents and families navigate school related challenges. I spent several years as a residential social worker coordinating mental health treatment across levels of care nation wide. I also have experience providing clinical supervision to colleagues working towards their independent licensure. Today my sole focus is providing individual therapy through my practice, Transcend. I also offer consultation services to families who are not sure where to turn next to help their loved ones. My clients value my ability to “be real” when change needs to happen. I am here to help you create the change you want in your life.
